Sterling Reputations has a proven track record in helping both public and private sector clients with their public relations initiatives and internal communications challenges.
Steven Williams is a senior communications leader. He tackles each situation with keen analysis, strategic planning and creative narrative writing skills. For five years Steven excelled as Manager, Employee and Corporate Communications for St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. There he served 6,000 staff and built and preserved the hospital’s reputation with a broad range of complex, sophisticated outside audiences.
Steven wrote and edited more than a thousand stories for the hospital, handled relationships with government departments and doubled the attendance at the CEO’s monthly town hall meetings.
He established Sterling Reputations in 2010. Since that time Steven has contributed to the success of The African Institute for Mathematical Sciences, Toronto’s Thrill of the Grill fundraiser and the MasterCard Foundation’s Scholars Program.
In his words, “Our reputation depends on caring for your reputation.”
